Lesson Schedules
SWAM offers one-on-one lessons that are run on Saturday (Parkinson Rec Centre) & Sunday (Johnson Bentley Memorial Aquatic Centre) afternoons from 12-2pm.
- 12:00-12:30 pm (Johnson Bentley only)
- 12:30-1:00 pm
- 1:00-1:30 pm
- 1:30-2:00 pm (Parkinson Rec only)
The one-on-one lessons are held weekly, two seasons a year:
- Fall Season: from late September to early December
- Winter Season: from late January to early April
We do not offer lessons during the summer.
